Olivia Hospital & Clinic is looking for a HR professional to join the leadership team providing leadership and management of Human Resources, Education and internal Health & Well-Being. This position plays an integral role in meeting the organizations Mission, Vision and Values. The key responsibility for this position is to serve as a resource and guide within the organization for Human Resource practices, policies and employee relations in order to create the optimal employee experience. The HR Manager will partner closely with all leadership and senior leaders and reports to the Regional Human Resources Director. Other responsibilities of the HR Manager include administration and interpretation of organizational policies, recruitment and ongoing development of talent, administration of benefits and compensation, payroll functions, leadership and employee advisement, retention strategies, and understanding and supporting laws, regulations and requirements. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources or Management or related degree, and at least five years human resource experience. Previous experience in leadership preferred. In addition, the HR Manager will have sound decision making skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and the ability to empower and inspire at all levels.
